سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق رفيق المؤمن

١. المعلومات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع أي معلومات. لا يطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ولا يطلب اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك، ولا يقوم بجمع أي معرّفات للجهاز.
٢. البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك
يحفظ التطبيق الإعدادات التالية محليًا على جهازك فقط، ولا تغادر الجهاز في أي وقت:
- المدينة التي تختارها لحساب أوقات الصلاة (تُختار يدويًا من قائمة مدن مُضمّنة داخل التطبيق).
- إعدادات أوقات الصلاة والتنبيهات وأصوات الأذان.
- عدّاد التسبيح وتقدّمك في الأذكار والأعمال اليومية.
- تفضيلات العرض مثل اللغة والمظهر.
تُحفظ هذه البيانات عبر التخزين المحلي للجهاز، ويمكنك حذفها بالكامل بحذف التطبيق.
٣. الموقع الجغرافي
لا يستخدم التطبيق نظام تحديد المواقع (GPS) لتتبّعك. تُحدَّد أوقات الصلاة واتجاه القبلة اعتمادًا على المدينة التي تختارها بنفسك من قائمة داخل التطبيق، وإحداثياتها مخزّنة مسبقًا داخل التطبيق. لا يتم إرسال موقعك إلى أي جهة.
٤. الأذونات المطلوبة ولماذا
- الإشعارات: لعرض تنبيهات أوقات الصلاة والأذكار.
- المنبّهات الدقيقة (Exact Alarms): لضمان وصول تنبيه الصلاة في وقته تمامًا.
- التشغيل عند إقلاع الجهاز: لإعادة جدولة التنبيهات بعد إعادة تشغيل الجهاز.
- خدمة تعمل في المقدمة: لعرض إشعار مستمر بوقت الصلاة القادمة.
لا يُستخدم أي من هذه الأذونات لجمع البيانات أو مشاركتها.
٥. أطراف ثالثة
لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع، ولا خدمات طرف ثالث تجمع البيانات. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة، لأننا ببساطة لا نملك أي بيانات عنك.
٦. المشاركة
عند استخدام زر المشاركة لإرسال دعاء أو ذكر، يستخدم التطبيق واجهة المشاركة الخاصة بنظام التشغيل، ويصل المحتوى فقط إلى التطبيق الذي تختاره أنت. لا نطّلع على هذا المحتوى ولا نحتفظ به.
٧. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار ولا يجمع أي بيانات من أي مستخدم، بما في ذلك الأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا.
٨. حذف بياناتك
بما أن جميع البيانات محفوظة محليًا، فإن حذف التطبيق من جهازك يؤدي إلى حذف جميع بياناته نهائيًا. يمكنك أيضًا مسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الجهاز.
٩. تعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة. سيتم نشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ السريان أعلاه.

1. Information We Collect
We collect nothing. The app does not require an account and never asks for your name, email address, or phone number. It collects no device identifiers.
2. Data Stored On Your Device
The app saves the following settings locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device:
- The city you select for prayer time calculation (chosen manually from a list bundled inside the app).
- Prayer time, notification, and adhan sound settings.
- Your tasbih counter and your progress through adhkar and daily deeds.
- Display preferences such as language and theme.
This data is kept in the device's local storage and is removed completely when you uninstall the app.
3. Location
The app does not use GPS to track you. Prayer times and the Qibla direction are derived from the city you select yourself from an in-app list, whose coordinates are bundled with the app. Your location is never transmitted anywhere.
4. Permissions and Why They Are Used
- Notifications: to show prayer time and adhkar reminders.
- Exact alarms: to make sure prayer reminders fire at the precise time.
- Run at device startup: to reschedule reminders after a reboot.
- Foreground service: to display an ongoing notification for the next prayer.
None of these permissions are used to collect or share data.
5. Third Parties
The app contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no third-party data-collecting services. We do not sell or share your data, because we hold no data about you.
6. Sharing
When you use the share button to send a dua or dhikr, the app uses your operating system's share sheet and the content goes only to the app you choose. We do not see or retain that content.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from any user, including children under 13.
8. Deleting Your Data
Because all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of its data. You can also clear the app's data from your device settings.
9. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as new features are added. Any change will be published on this page with an updated effective date above.
